Suneeta, an heiress to a fortune of millions is duped into marriage by Rajan, her father’s young manager. On the marriage night Suneeta discovers that Rajan has murdered her father and the same fate awaits her since Rajan is all out to grab her millions. She decides to leave him and runs away to save her life, driving her car at breakneck speed. Suddenly, near a winding path the car meets with an accident- is smashed to pieces and burnt out but Suneeta has a hair-breath escape from death. Now starts the search by Rajan and his gang who keep a constant vigil for Suneeta.

As luck would have it, Suneeta runs into a band of gypsies, who are moving in a CARAVAN, singing and dancing their way for their colourful livelihood.

Mohan who owns and drives a lorry and has hired it out to the gypsy chieftain, feels sorry for Suneeta and allows her to take refuge in his lorry in the disguise of a village girl. Suneeta explains her plight to Mohan and pleads to be taken to Bangalore where her kindly uncle resides. Mohan accedes to her request much against his will and to the annoyance of Nisha, the ace gypsy dancer of the CARAVAN. Nisha is in love with Mohan but he does not feel the same way about her. Nisha keeps on burning the candle of her one way love hot bloodedly.

Singing and dancing in rhythm and glory of life in the hearts of the people, the caravan of gypsies moves on and on with Mohan getting more and more involved with Suneeta-but Suneeta is already married.

Meanwhile Rajan and his gangsters catch up with Suneeta and the CARAVAN. Suneeta, Mohan and Nisha are trapped in a cobweb of impending death.

However vicious and meticulous the crime, it never pays in the realms of human relationship. Does the singing and dancing CARAVAN of the gypsies solve the problem of Suneeta, a married girl and Mohan? What about Nisha? Do they escape the jaws of death set by Rajan and his gang?
